Lots of questions

I have just recently decided to have WLS. It seems like the sleeve would be best for me. I have lost and regained multiple times. I have several questions.
1. Dr Aceves website does not seem to be working correctly. When I click on the contact button I get a malware message. How do I contact him?
2. When I see packages for WLS do they include all the pre op testing? If I have to pay for an EKG, bloodwork and other stuff the price goes up considerably.
3. Does anyone know if Dr Umbach in Las Vegas requires his self pay patients to have tests done before they come to him for surgery?

I don't know the answer to the question either, but I too welcome you to the forum!. I have not had my sleeve yet, however, there 8 people I work with that have gone to Dr. Almanza, so obviously this is where I am going. Good luck with your research!

I would ask the individual doctor's office's these questions. If the website is not working perhaps you can google a phone number?
