Lol, yes, I so did that during my liquid diet. I made my fiance get me a chicken quesodilla from Taco Bell.

Thanks you guys. I was dying to try it but wanted some approval LOL. I chewed a piece BBQ kielbasa till it was paste, then spit it out. I have to admit, it totally cured my craving! Luv this

Yeah, it really help me during my liquid diet, I only did it a few times, but sometimes you just get sick of tasting broth, yogurt, jello and protein shakes lol

I chew and swallow! Even steak! No way I'm wasting all that protein!

Yep been there and done that with Steak about 3 weeks after surgery!

i tried it but couldnt spit. it was down b4 i knew it was there.

yep. I did it on day 3 with a bit of apple. SOOOOO GOOD!
Tempted to do it with a bite of cheeseburger but I'm too worried I might accidentally swallow and then tear my staple line.
It was torture watch hubby eating lamb chops tonight. I stuk my finger in the BBQ sauce till he yelled at me to stop. lol

I'm one week out and started out going to chew and spit but swallowed instead. Thankfully it was soft potatoes and carrots from a roast so went down easily and set well in my tummy. The great thing is I'm feeling so much better today.
