I haven't posted in a while. My journey has been wonderful. I am doing well with my protein, liquid intake, and exercise. I've gone down 4 dress sizes and if my tummy would hurry and catch up it will be five (LOL). I'm contemplating JOGGING! I've always told people that "this body was not made for running!" I'm feeling bones in my hips and shoulders---who would have guessed?
My struggle is with the mental aspect. How do you shed the "fat girl" mentality? Specifically in regards to relationships. I still "see" myself as that bigger girl. To the mainstream world, I'm still a bigger girl. I'm reluctant to share pictures. I've debated seeing a counselor. So what have some of you done to boost your self esteem during weight loss?
