Missing work due to sleeve issues?

Has anyone had to or been able to get intermittant fmla for time off work due to issues with the sleeve? I still get bad bouts of nausea and vomiting (if I do something wrong). Ive had to leave work a couple times because the nausea has been so bad.

You would have to go back to your dr and have it checked out to make sure their isnt anything serious going on. 9 times out of 10, he will tell you to try to follow the rules while you are in your healing process, at least. Im not sure if fmla will cover that if the dr doesnt think that you need it and doesnt complete the proper forms for approval. Good Luck.
