Cosmetic Surgery

I'm only 5 weeks out from having my sleeve but I'm already concerned with sagging skin. I know quite a few people have researched medical tourism for the actual sleeve procedure but does anyone have information about where I can start looking for finding a reputable clinic outside the US where I might have the cosmetic surgery I know I'm going to need?

I'd like to start stashing my pennies away NOW so when the time comes, I can just go without having to scrimp for it.
