I found that hair loss is not from a lack of protien. It is from a lack of Silica! You find silica in whole grains. Since we don't eat them we need to replace them. You can find dietary supplements at health food stores. This will also help your skin nails and bones!
Since I have started taking this my hair does not fall out as long as I dont miss taking it! I went on vacation and forgot it and in 2 days my hair was falling out again!
