Glad to hear you're doing so well already, you can see the sparkle in your eyes and the glow in your face that you are doing great and are happy...it's nice to see you doing well after the problems you described.
Just be careful with all the yummy and healthy vegetable based foods you bought, while they are surely healthy, sleevers tend to need the protein and the vegetables can fill you up with nutrients you are already getting from your vitamins and supplements while your body really needs the protein. I was sincerely impressed with so many of the high protein choices you had there - the tuna, the egg salad, the ham salad, the chicken and chicken liver (etc)....all excellent choices. I've had great success with the atkins shakes - try the EAS ones and look for Muscle Milk cookies and cream flavor - it's to die for!
Also heads up, vitamin water is a fine choice, but keep an eye on calories, they have been reprimanded by the government for appearing to be a water even though they have often the same calories as gatorade and powerade. Again, a fine choice and I drink them all the time, but the variety that says "zero" is obviously the best version to have - though I have them all.
Remember, especially in the beginning high PROTEIN is the most important number on everything you choose to eat...followed by as low as possible carbohydrates. Calories can be counted later when you start plateauing (some people call it stalling but I prefer plateau it's not as negative since your body is adjusting just not dropping weight)..... Your body needs protein to burn the fat and stay healthy as you lose weight, you will go into a state of "ketosis" - which is a good fat burning state. So protein good, carbohydrates bad. The mac and cheese may have to wait a month or so, but all those delicious meats, eggs and beans can go go go...yum yum yum!
Best of luck! keep up the terrific effort, it's great to watch!
