I'm only 13 days out but I have noticed a huge difference at night. I am sure that it's because I've dropped 30 lbs. But for the first time in years, I've been sleeping without my Ambien or other sleep aide and no night sweats! I've also started noticing that I am cooler than before. My husband has always been the cold natured one but it's shifting some. Maybe it will help on my electric bill this summer!
I'm down 66 pounds and have to take one blood pressure medicine instead of two. So yes!
Yes, it has helped me. NO more pressure pills, No more sugar in my blood. I sleep my eight hours without waking up a few times. Everyone in the house is HAPPY not to hear me SNORE..Lots of energy & Have not had a migrane or headache since my surgery or a hot flash. Close to 4 months. Am HAPPY
I still take my sleep medication. I tried it one night with out and no go. But I am off of my diabetes meds and the surgeon said I should be off all my blood pressure meds by 6 months out. I have more energy and more stamina. By the way I took Ambien for a while and was needing more and more. My doctor switched me to trazadone. I take two and take it with melatonin and sleep like a baby. So if you still have to have something to sleep, you might see if your doctor will try this. I feel great when I wake up.
