My favorite is Isopure Low Carb Dutch Chocolate. It's 110 calories and 25 grams of protein. I mix it with water and put in about a teaspoon or so of sugar free torani chocolate syrup. Adding the chocolate makes it taste really rich and gets rid of the watery taste of mixing it with water.

I like the Syntrax brand protein mixes. I have choc., van, and Fuzzy Naval. 23 gram protein, no sugars or carbs and I also have some of the sugar free syrups in different flavors to mix up with them. Fuzzy Naval is great by itself but mix with coconut, and pineapple syrups and you have yourself a wonderful tropical drink! I'm not sleeved yet but have been using them on low carb dieting. Best of luck to you!
