Watch the sodium content also...I snack on Jerky when I can but sometimes the salt is to much.

You got a point. I love salt so I am bad in paying attention to sodium.

I found a great way to snack on them. I weigh them and separate them into 1oz serving. Wrap each serving with saran wrap.
