Weighed myself today, hoping to lose one pound, as this is what I have been losing weekly. And to my surprise, I lost 4!!! I have been working so hard at the gym and eating right. I needed 3 to hit a 100 lost, and I am now down 101!!! I never thought I would see this day. I am as happy as a clam!! Thanks to all of you and your support, without you I could never have achieved this!!!

. Seems surreal sometimes doesn't it?
Hit first goal of 155 at 9.5 months. Setting new goal of 145 which is less then I've ever weighed in my adult life. Woo hoo!
Hit 2nd goal of 145 at 12 months. Room for 1 more goal, I want to be less then half the person I used to be which means 139
