I'll be the first to admit that I haven't been exercising as regularly as I was, and I'm sure that has an effect. However I participated in the Koman Race For the Cure just a couple of weekends ago and did just fine walking.
I have recently started to bike to work, just a little under two miles... it kills me. It's hard to breath, I have to stop and push my bike and it aggravates me.
I would think biking would be easier than walking, but it has left my thighs sore from pushing too hard.
