Default Muscle pain and joint aches

Has anyone experience this post op? I'm not talking about after working out, but on a daily regular basis. I find that if I sit for 30-45 minutes my hips and legs hurt and my gait is off. Takes me a few minutes to walk normally again. All my one month labs were normal.

Yes! I had joint pain in both of my hips and knees after surgery. I am 5 months post-op and do not have it anymore, but I can't remember when it went away.
I'm doing "me" this time around.

I always had terrible muscle and joint issues until I started the pre op diet -- amazing how they disappeared with all the protein I added to my diet (I think I was deprived). Now, if I do not keep my protein intake high - and that is hard because I am not interested in meat - I do feel like they come back a bit. I was having a prot shake for breakfast everyday but I found these small "Protein Energy Shots" that have 25grams - around 3oz. I have one everyday -- If I know my diet will lack protein that day I add another 1/2 bottle -- seems to work for me. It is amazing not to be so "stove-up".
