Default holding it all together (6 days and counting)

I am sick to my stomach. Not because I will shortly not have much of one, but because of the enormity of the trip to Mexico, the money invovled, the borders, and watching my husband eat while I am on clear liquids.

I am SO scared it is all going to fall apart at the last moment.

Just keep looking ahead to your goal. This is a huge decision, one not to make lightly you are right. And it is a lot of money but I think you will be amazed at how much you will end up saving in the long run. Food budget won't be so high, I have much less spent on pop and snacks. Now I get an iced tea and a string cheese and I am a happy camper! Review your pro's and con's again. Write them out, I hope this will help center your thoughts and give you the strength to keep going! Good luck!!!

Breathe, you have a brave heart or you would not have taken on this journey. I will be getting my sleeve in Mexico the end of June but I did have a lap band done in Mexico and had to have it removed "in Mexico". The journey you have taken mentally up to this point is much greater than the actual journey across the border. You will be fine, we are all so much stronger than we think we are! Keep your focus on the positive. See yourself as you know you will be in just a few short months "the beautiful Candis".

Just take a deep breath, and before you know it you'll be saying...'wow, that was so much easier than I thought' ! Good luck to you and one day at a time!
