Eating !!!

Hello Monday I get to eat purée foods. My question is I'm goin to make Chilli on Monday if I grind up the meat and mash up the beans really good would that be ok? I know it seems like a silly question.

Sounds like a plan to me, just chew it really good. My dr had me start eating soft foods at 2 weeks, just chew!

What kind of meat are you using? Chicken, turkey or beef? I ask because I was told no red meat until six months out... Although, I would think if you puree it, it should be fine...

yep, Chilli is good protein, I grabbed a can from the market and just put it the blender
