I feel like I have made a major milestone. I am now not obese I am just over weight! I started out as grossly obese with a BMI of 41.9 now it is 29! my goal is a 24! I am 35 lbs from my goal! I am so happy!!! I have not had any complications. My decision to get sleeved was the best medical decision I have every made. I can now do Zomba! It is so fun. I have so much energy! Life is sooo good!

Woo Hoo, GO TRACY! That's awesome. I have been wanting to try Zumba but am chicken. Right now I'm happy to manage the aqua aerobics classes and the recumbent bike. Do you remember your first Zumba class? How did you feel? Was it fun from the very start?

It was hard at the begining. It was fun from the start my daughter and I are doing it together whith a great bunch of women. Every one in the class was all beginers.

My wife has a Zumba class after work one day a week.
We got the wii version as well. It is fun and she is pretty
Good at it. I don't get a whole lot of green points,
But it is fun.
