    Question Phase 3

    I'm finally started phase 3, what are you eating on phase 3? When making egg salad should I puree it to make it smooth or are little lumps and bumps ok? Same with tuna/chicken salad. Thanks in advance for your help.

    I've also moved into 3. I made my eGg salad just regular. Its giving my mouth something to do like chew !! Something I've missed. I eat it SUPER slow!! Like half hour for one egg (lunch) applesauce and actually had a cracker. That I melted in my mouth. Mmmmmm

    I just couldn't bring myself to puree tuna or chicken salad (or really anything for that matter). If I took small bites and chewed them really well I didn't have any problems at all.

    I never Pureed anything! Egg, chicken and tuna (canned) salad is all soft enough...only my opinion. though.
