Please help !! Am i eating tooo much ????

omg !! I think I'm eating way too much !! Let me start... 3 oz of yogurt, during all morning a cup of protein shake (with skim milk), water, 3 oz of pureed chicken, a popsicle, 3 oz of gerber (prune) , water, and another 3 oz of pureed chicken.... that's tooooo much isn't is ???? comments please !!! I got sleeved on April 3er !

Be glad you are getting that in. Some people are still sick at their stomach at two weeks out. You are doing great!

That's exactly the amounts my surgeon & nutritionist told me to be eating and I'm about 2 1/2 weeks out, so you are doing great!! Be glad it feels like too much ;-) I was actually eating more and have had to cut back...

If thats throughout the day id say not nearly enough. Your nody is honna hit starvation mode soon. I would add a couple more protein shakes in

It takes a while to get in the grove but it sure sounds like you are doing fine for now just keep trying to increase your calories little by little. I wasn't losing weight until I upped my calories. I know it's hard to hear but if you keep doing all the right things the weight will come off. Maybe not as fast as you like but it will come off.
