Morning all. Hope you're feeling better, Pam, it's really going around and staff at the hospital tend to come into work sick
B: 1 slice of 45 calorie bread w/1 slice beef bologna, 45 Sargento cheese slice (not feeling breakfast today)
L: grilled chicken on salad w/chick peas, peppers, red onions and cucumbers
D: Greek non fat plain yogurt w/berries and granola (exercise class tonight so I'll eat before and a little something when I get home at 7:45 ish)
S: rice cake w/almond butter and sf blueberry jelly
glass of Almond Milk
Not feeling like food is important today, it's weird and I'm chalking it up to the cloudy weather we're having every day this week. In dire need of some vitamin D

Breakfast: Hardboiled egg and 2 strips turkey bacon (plus coffee and a single bite of my husband's coffee roll )
Snack: P3 protein pack (turkey, cheese and almonds)
lunch: leftovers from dinner - bacon wrapped steak w/ parmesan green beans and a tablespoon of brown and wild rice
snack: baked chicken finger with a pickle
dinner: taco salad (seasoned meat, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, lettuce, grated cheese, and a tiny bit of sour cream
only had half a protein shake after the gym last night, so i'll probably finish it tonight.

Lunch: Kale w/grilled chicken, provolone cheese, shredded carrot, lite strawberry dressing
Snack: 4 oz of cottage cheese
Dinner: 1 honey habanero & monterey jack chicken sausage
And it's only 2:15!!!! haven't even had dinner yet and already at 40 net carbs!

good morning!
2 coffees before breakfast (yikes haha)
Breakfast: 1 Hardboiled egg with 2 pieces bacon
Snack: P3 protein pack (ham, cheese, almonds)
Lunch: half of a ham/turkey/cheese blt club sandwich (with 2 of the pieces of bread removed, so it's just 1/2 slice of white toast)
Snack: baked chicken finger with a pickle
we're out tonight for a training class, so I am bringing a protein shake, but will probably want something more substantial when we get home...might just have another egg or baked chicken finger (i made a big batch on monday).
no gym tonight because of the training class, but i doubled up on classes last night to make up for it!

Had a 7:00 meeting so came in at 6:15 AM to set up things. 1 cup of coffee at meeting and 20 ozs. water
B: scrambled egg (very small amount) w/turkey bacon mixed in (ate in cafeteria and the eggs aren't the best)
L: my usual breakfast, greek nonfat plain yogurt, berries & granola
D: sautéed escarole, cannellini beans, over kale and chicken mini ravioli. more of the escarole mixture and only a couple of the raviolis .
S: probably going to bed early (so I say now) so a Yasso bar
80 ounces of water today and one more coffee this afternoon while running errands. It's sunny in NJ and hopefully since I can leave early today, I'll fit in a nice mind clearing walk!

1 Nonni's gingerbread biscotti
Dinner:
Cafe Steamer chicken ravioli with spinach (ummm!)
Grated parmesan cheese
5 ounces chardonnay
After dinner:
4 squares of Lindt dark chocolate with sea salt
Today's menus are a little lighter than normal on veggies and fruits. The morning was busy, so I missed out on blueberries with all-bran for breakfast and an apple mid-morning.

Leslieann -- thankfully my husbands does the cooking in our house. Since he gets home 2.5 hrs before me he usually makes up the salads or anything else like Pot Roast which we then eat Mon - Fri. He makes the fritatta on a Sun afternoon with eggs from our 6 chickens, we still get 6 eggs a day so by the weekend we're always trying to make something with them, it's usually fried egg, bacon & cheese for breakfasts on the weekend; maybe even for dinner depending on if my hubby wants to cook something different.
Breakfast: Egg Frittata; 2 cups of tea & fat free milk
Snack: 2 bites of a cup cake from Magnolia Bakery in NYC - staff birthday celebration
Lunch: Kale w/grilled chicken, provolone cheese, shredded carrot/cabbage, lite strawberry dressing (package from Sam's)
Snack: 4 oz of cottage cheese (on way home)
Dinner: 1 honey habanero & monterey jack chicken sausage
Morning and TGIF
B: plain nonfat Greek yogurt w/berries, little granola and chopped pecans (this is and always my fav. breakfast)
L: not sure as I'm leaving at 2:00 PM and my husband is picking me up cause he used my car today. Might stop for Starbucks skinny latte w/sf crème brulee syrup and a biscotti
D: taco salad, chili on chopped salad, scallions, olives, salsa, lite sour cream
S: rice cake w/almond butter & sf apple butter (homemade and it's yummy)
