So the reason I've been feeling like crap is that I have acute bronchitis, yeah.

i've been crazy at work, and haven't had a chance to check in here, but i've been good the last few days with planning my meals.
today:
Breakfast: 1 piece turkey sausage with cheese and 4 grape tomatoes
Lunch (ate early because of my meeting times) 1/2 of a leftover baked pork chop with two bites of zucchini noodles w parmesan
Snack: baked whole grain chicken finger with 1 oz of gouda cheese and 1/2 of a pickle
Snack 2: (before gym) P3 Protein pack (cheese cubes, turkey and almonds) I can't finish it, so i usually eat more of the meat and nuts, but we'll see!
Dinner: homemade meatballs with spicy tomato sauce - i'm making spinach and cheese mini ravioli to go with for my husband, so i might have 1-2 of those as well.
and probably a protein shake as an evening snack or 1/2 of a protein shake mixed with coffee.
Morning all, wishing I was off today but I did have Friday off; so I'm greedy
B: usual, yogurt nonfat plain Greek, granola, berries
L: salad w/chipotle salmon packet, green peppers, radishes, chick peas
D: leftover Mexican fajita chicken and portabella mushrooms, had it for dinner Saturday at a Mexican restaurant and lots of leftovers. Thinking a low carb wrap or salad. We shall see!
S: Yasso chocolate fudge bar

breakfast: 1 hardboiled egg and 2 strips turkey bacon (and a coffee!)
snack: 2 ounces chopped baked chicken strips and a pickle
lunch: chicken sausage, veggie, and tortellini soup (only 2 tortellini in my bowl, and 2 tablespoons of broth, so it's mostly sausage and veggies)
snack: P3 protein pack with turkey, cheese and almonds
dinner: 3 oz filet wrapped in bacon, with a few green beans
also, tuesdays are arm day weight training, so a protein shake after the gym.
Had a great, relaxing weekend, nearly feeling better but now hubby is showing signs of cough/cold.

D: roasted veggie flatbread w/balsamic drizzle (leftovers) salad on side
S: 1 caramel crunch rice cake w/almond butter & sf blueberry jelly
