    Go James go!
Don't be afraid of getting back to real food - just remember protein first. Just keep on keepin' on and you'll do fine.
    Best of luck to you!
    Mary

Don't be afraid to eat because you won't be able to eat that much anyway..lol... I too was afraid in the beginning, but once I found the foods my tummy and I liked, it went very well. I slowly started to taste other foods and found that Chinese (my first eating out food did and still does, go down well. I stick w/either chicken or tofu and don't eat the rice. I even eat some hot & sour soup now and it's great! It's just amazing how many changes you will go through until you find a routine that works for both enjoyment and health. The weight will come off and you'll be surprised how quickly it comes off with eating the correct foods and exercise. Continued success and it sounds like you're already on the "right path" to a better life!
