I can't stand the vanilla protein shakes so I peel and slice bananas and put them in a bag in the freezer to add them to the protein shake in the blender and it helps keep it cold and the bananas don't spoil.
I bought ice cube trays to freeze skim milk to add to my shakes in the blender so they get frothy and not watery.
I freeze sliced strawberries to add to my chocolate shakes too.
Would appreciate any tips you all have
