pre-op diet?

I just stopped by to say Hi and Good Luck with you date. I will hopefully have a date tomm. I am still in the indecisive stage because I am a bit nervous but seeing you gearing up for the surgery and hearing all these other positive stories is insipiring me to just do it and be done with it. I am on day 5 of my pre op liquid diet. The first 3 days were hard but it is getting better and I have lost 5 pounds! My surgery date is the 24th! Hang in there!

I just had my pre op diet about 3 weeks ago and it was basically 11-1400 calories, under 100g of carbs, less than 30g fat, and 140+ of lien protein. I found a great website/ app I still use and it helps me track. Spark People. anyhow, I did well, lost 10 lbs and am now 10 days post surgery and down 25 total. So worth it!
