When u got to the purée phase (I'm planning ahead a week or so), what did u use to purée ur foods? And what foods did u purée?
Thanks in advance for any help!!!!!
im on my first week of it and i havent used it yet just eat soft foods that mush up like steamed veggies love that ,grits, scrambled eggs, fish, had a very small baaked patato went down great (no skin).tried chilli homemade did not sit so well it seems like this new tummy is trial and error.good luck
The baby bullet works great and it gives you lil cups to store additional servings sized perfectly for our tummies for later on!...some things I will simply not puree so I just make them really soft and mush them with fork like big daddy above said! LOL
Most things can be pureed pretty well with an immersion blender (stick blender or as my kids call it "that boat motor thing") and a little chicken stock. I had to eat purees for an extended period of time, so i got used to pureed chicken and had enough time to get creative with it. Pureed chicken with bbq sauce and cheese, pureed chicken with marinara and parm, pureed chicken in soups... my kitchen was the BubbaGump of pureed chicken...
Pureed food doesnt have to taste like baby food... LOL
*your mileage may vary...
