Ok so, i'm 4 weeks out. this week has been a weird kind of week for me. I've been craving foods that i haven't had in awhile....steak, salad, snickers....... it's strange because i really havn't had cravings so far. I ate a ribeye last night, crab meat today and half of a snickers bar....not sure WTH i was thinking besides omg this tasted so good!!! has anyone else got weird cravings, i thought i would loose the hungry pangs and the cravings, but nope still there this week!

I had cravings for a while, but they have gotten way less. Before I would be like a drug addict if I had a craving, now I think about it and know I will have it at some point. Hope this helps!!

thanks! i know i'm not alone then. I'm having one of those weeks where my mind thinks i'm hungry but i know i'm really not. I haven't been getting in enough fluids. maybe if i start drinking more water it will go away.

i have them but dony give in i want to eat pork chop and rice but going to wait a few more week.

I know! oh well, the scale told on me this morning. ive gained nearly a pound since adding carbs back to my meals for 2 days. I'm sure it will level back out and start losing again, at least i'm hoping!!!!
