Optifast - what does it taste like? Easy to take or an effort

Hi, this is my first post, I get sleeved on July 27th and I start my preop diet on July 6th for three weeks. I am getting anxious about that already. Only because I am concerned about how easy this Optifast is gonna go down. Does it taste like a 'nice' milkshake. I did a liquid diet about 25 years ago and quite clearly it had a lasting negative impression on my because I am starting to get anxious. I am pretty sure that what I took 25 years ago isn't what I will be taking now but you know how the memory never forgets. Either way, I will do it, as it is part of my journey and the beginning of a healthier me, I am just looking for some feedback.

I enjoyed the shakes, I only liked the chocolate though. I even got creative and blended with ice and some splenda and made like a REAL shake out of it, it was very good. I did fine with ready made one, I never did the poweder. However post op I don't tolerate them as well. They are kind of like a slimfast shake.
