I took my dog for a walk on Sunday instead of going to the gym (she needs to lose weight, too). We walked 2.5 miles, of which about 1/3 I had to carry her, the lazy bum. When I got back, I fell into my chair and picked up my bottle of water and took 3 big swallows....

Is that forever? The no gulping... That's something that ill be hardest for me to work on.

No gulping ever again...it will stretch out your sleeve. Sip, sip sip all day. At first you will have no coice but tiny sips, later you have to be conscious of it and not fall back into bad habits of gulping. Originally Posted by misstwinklytoes

I've caught myself taking a big sip but stopping before swallowing and then swallowing a little at a time..I know it sounds weird but sometimes I forget..luckily I catch myself before i swallow
