Default Melba Toast and other crunchy stuff

    Hi all,
I see Melba toast mentioned a lot as a staple food for sleevers who are beyond 8 weeks out. I was wondering if anyone has tried something more nutritious like Wasa or Ryvita flatbreads? Any issues?

Check out the bariatric advantage website. They have lots of different stuff on their that is crunchy and also has protein in it. I have had teh BBQ chips, and they are really good.

I have also tried Triskets, and those kind of hurt, but I haven't tried them recently. There are lots of chip like things at the store that aren't that bad for you. I have tried a few of them and like them. One that was good was the Special K popcorn chip.

I'm looking more for healthy, whole grain, fiber crispbreads and whether people tolerate them or not.
