Yes me and my hubby were big foodies before the surgery. We used to do All You Can Eat Sushi and Buffets all the time, but now not so much, we have gone a couple of times because we have a buy one...

Don't give up, it's hard to adjust in the beginning, but once you do adjust you will see that this is the best decision you have ever made, I know it has for me!
My main advice is too stop eating as soon as you feel the first signs of being full. You will learn this over time because if you don't you will soon regret it as you will immediately throw up...
