I only had that pain when i didnt get anough to drink and was starting to dehydrate, even now if i dont drink enough i still get that pain.

I got my period the morning after the surgery , 2 weeks early, they said it was from the trauma of the surgery..i woke up and went to the bathroom andi was like umm is there supposed to be bllod in...

i found that my tastes changed as well. I cant stand splenda anymore and anything that has an artificial sweetner is soo gross!!! i havent tried really anything sweet like chocolate yet, i use jello...

i eat everything spaced apart tho, usually every few hours

mornings i eat a package of instant cream of wheat made with 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk, a banana , a yogurt, lunch its a tuna sandwhich on body wise bread and some lettuce a 1/4...

i sometimes crave something sweet, to combat it i have a jello refridgerated no sugar added pudding. it helps and its allowed.
