I love it! After my surgery, I took all of my extras to my nutritionist's office for newbies.
I would do it all over again!!! This surgery literally saved my life.
Ladies, ditto for me as well! I have been at the same weight since December, but I'm down to a size 8. I figure that I must be losing inches...
Hopefully, things will get better for us soon!

Congrats! I am so proud of you!!! My weight loss has stalled. Hopefully, I will start losing again soon!
I was told the same thing, Erina & Heart on my sleeve.
Eat your protein, take biotin & purchase Nioxin shampoo & scalp I only hadmild shedding...and I overreacted to that!!!. Smh
Carolyn, please do another video update!!!
Regarding this post, I haven't lost (or gained) a pound since December...ugh!!! Now, I only weigh once a month (& tmi--was on my cycle during my...
No, I experienced some shedding for 3-4 weeks. It wasn't bad. Make sure that you eat your protein & take your vitamins. I did take biotin (but I always have...brittle nails) & used Nioxin shampoo.
I had my surgery in June, at 36 years old. At 7.5 months out, and a year older, I just wish that I had done it sooner. Good luck!!!
I am currently in the midst of a stall. I cannot seem to break out these 170's.
Goals for challenge:
1. Get to165 (or less) by the end of the month
2. Increase exercise...walking is not working...
I have been stalling for approximately 4-5 weeks. I feel like I'm losing inches...so, I'm not stressed. I'm cooking more & back in the gym...walking isn't working. Since I only weigh myself once a...
Will you have time to work on your lunch break? Something to consider...good luck!
I love the cappuccino flavor. My local Vitamin Shoppe doesn't carry it, so I order it on Amazon.
What you need: decaf coffee, 24 oz coffee mug, small shaker cup, nectar cappuccino, milk of choice...
I'm in the US & my doctor traditions you within the first week as well. Plus, I was starving! Lol
Nioxin helps. Find the one that's right for you & get the shampoo & hair therapy. It dries your air out, but the shedding slows down tremendously. Good luck!
My beautician started using Noxin. It dries your hair out, but the loss slowed down & stopped all together shortly thereafter...good luck!
I'm 6 months post op & always freezing!
B12 definitely helped me. Good luck!
BCBS of DE made me wait six months. It was worth it. You get a chance to do a lot of research.
I hope that everything went well! I'm in the area. Please let me know if you need anything. I work near the hospital. Good luck!!!
*** It won't let me post my weight...smh!
You are averaging 2.5 lbs per week. In my opinion, that's not bad at all. I weigh myself on Tuesdays, so I don't know my weight for this week yet but I started this journey @ *** (as of last week)...
Wow...congrats!!!
