walk walk walk. I had the same pain you were experiencing for about three weeks. and Im telling ya I thought i was gonna die. Now almost two months out I do not regret any pain in felt.

ok so I am just starting to walk on the tread mill for 30 min is this acceptable to start out or should I be walking more? I almost want to pass out after 30 min.
