Hi all:
Am wondering how dried fruits work with the sleeve. I have a big bag of raisins that I thought would be tasty in my greek yogurt.
Do you all use dried fruits?
That is fantastic! Here's to great health :)
My memories of the 70's are not good .. rough time for me. LOVED the 90's however :P
LOLOL! Thank you!
I was in the hospital for 2 nights. Thinking back, that was good as I was a bit uncomfortable. I would think you should stay at least one night.
Aww, a kindred spirit :). Congratulations on your weight loss...
I agree; I felt quite at a loss for a bit there!
Hi all:
I haven't posted in ages and I thought it was time to get back in the saddle and reconnect with all you great people.
I had my sleeve done June 8, 2011 and have lost 60 pounds so far...
I think it is normal to have weight gain from all the fluid intake during the hospital stay. I gained 11 pounds during that time and it came off quite fast. Congratulations and good luck :).
Congratulations; you look great!!
Congratulatuons; how exciting!!
Pain meds are a godsend :). I hated having the oxygen tube in my nose also. Glad you are doing better.
I did! I was so discouraged to leave the hospital 10 pounds heaver from fluids. But it came off pretty quickly :).
Good luck with your surgery. You will be so happy you did it!
Thank you :)
This is what i was thinking; but i am following my dietician's dietary instructions to a tee and getting about 700-800 cal a day.
Hi everyone:

Right, it's blood work, ekg and they had me talk with a nurse about when to arrive on day of operation, which meds to take day of etc. Very low stress and you will do fine!
Congratulations and enjoy the new you!
My thoughts are with you ... things are going to be just fine, Hugs
