Sounds like your bodyis going in to ketose.(think that is how it is spelled.)i had that. It passes. remenber to get enough salt/natrium.that helps

Really? I ate sushi and salads at 3 months post op. no problem. it puzxlrs me as the docs in us says different than mine fid (i live in norway). I guess the safest is to listen to what your doc says.
Stalls are a part of this. try changing your work out routine. otherwise,wait it out.

That depends on how much u excercise. i excercise 4 times a week. i eat 2000 kcal on a workoutday.1700/1800 on "free" days.
Thats sounds right. get protein powder to make shakes with.one of those could be anywhere fro 150/200 kcal. twice a day and u are already at 400 kcal. butter as sauce etc. keep it good fat.

I would try to eat the excercise kcal for a period,2-3 weeks. if u dont gain weight,then cobtinue. the higher kcal intake u have without gaining,the better.:-)

It is because a few days With fast carbs/"crap"foods draws the water out of the cells and makes u lighter. Thats also the reason why a night on the town could make u lighter. Because alcohol also...
It does get somewhat better. all though u have to struggle to keep the "demons" in your head from taking over.. so its a lifelong battle. but it will become a habit after a while.
