    Try the Gas X strips and don't eat white meat. My doctor told me to avoid lean, dry meats and since we eat such a small amount that eating cuts with more fat is ok.

    At just three weeks...yes. I am now 6 weeks out and still cannot finish a whole egg. Eat slower and wait longer between bites. Don't drink anything while you are eating either. Good luck!
