the beef, since i dont eat bread i want a better quality slab of beef. havent found a fav yet

One month out, and cant tell if pain is better or worse. I guess it would take some time to figure this out. I did the surgery in hopes that i would help my sciatic nerve pain.

It was amazing, they are shoe string potatoes on top. im about a month out, so i havent tried to eat too much bread or lettuce yet. so this was a nice thing to try. Quesadilla burger sounds amazing!

i can make myself burp. which came in handy the first week of surgery and all the gas, so i believe that is why carbonaiton does not bug me. i dont drink sodas to myself. i do take a sip or two off...

I can drink 1 month out. soda doesnt bug me either. just tastes weird now. i love corona! hate lime now. :) one beer does enough right now. but i havent drank in almost 2 months so that might be why...
