I have Comcast and they have great fitness programs on demand. Everything from Yoga to dance to cardio. I like getting a variation of exercises to keep me going

I would just suggest you don't have a cough with your cold. I coughed a few times after surgery and thought my stomach was going to explode. Best of luck to you
