Be careful because the carbonation can REALLY mess your stomach up after surgery. Propel flavored water is what the dietitian recommended for me...it comes in different flavors and really keeps you...

It's hormone changes...the hair loss will stop and you will be fine!! i went through that for about a month then it stopped. Haven't had it happen again.

Water still messes me up if I drink too fast...severe cramps...getting on the treadmill makes the pain go away for me. Drink slow!!

I have been through the same diets... Atkins etc and gained it all back too. This is just me PERSONALLY!!! I am 8 months post op and I eat anything I want. There are some things that I used to love...

I smoked until surgery.......I know they say it's bad...but i did it anyway..but i DID let the anesthesiologist know before they put me under. I'm not saying do or it or don't do it...but i lived...

I am 6 months post op and I have tried carbonated drinks a few times, the most recent time was a couple of days ago, and it still hurts my stomach.....just can't tolerate it for some reason.

I've gained a couple of pounds here and there...then it falls right back off along with even more weight. Don't get discouraged..you'll keep losing!!:D

No i haven't bought a lot yet and my friends are laughing at me because all of my shorts are soooo baggy they are about to fall off!!

I went through a plateau also because I wasn't eating enough. Just hang in there and you will start losing again!!

Walgreens has chewable Multivitamins for adults and gummy vitamins too. I was able to swallow my pills whole right after surgery. The ones that were BIG i cut in half and was able to swallow them...
