I would consider plastic surgery, if my skin doesn't tighten up 1 year after reaching my goal weight. Is there something that works to remove the scars from surgery?

Is this "normal"? I'm 5 weeks post op and I feel like I'm able to eat a lot. I can't eat as much as I used to, but I'm able to eat more than I thought I'd be able to. I'm just a little worried...
