I too count calories and do not restrict food. You could try some Braggs Nutritional Yeast in place of cheese or just occasionally.

Hi there, I went to Juarez to have my surgery done, I went through Belightweight. When I left the hospital they gave me a document with detailed instructions as to how they performed the surgery and...
Tell us what you are afraid of and we can answer your questions. One thing that convinced me to do this surgery over bypass is that it is much less invasive. Your life will be different afterwards...
Oh yes, that is quite normal. I recall being so tired, then I'd have a good day, then exhausted again. It will get better and better as you heal.
It's interesting that people would do that knowing you have had surgery. You should just reply to them, no thank you, that food makes you fat! :-)
Agreed, I just responded to a similar post last night. You will be able to eat anything you want. The only time you are restricted is during the first few weeks of healing. I eat whatever I want but...
You are absolutely still healing and you will be for some time. I didn't ever get anything stuck but I think I would eat too fast and I could feel the bubble of air and it would be painful until it...

Hey Friend :) Thanks for the response. Definitely let me know whether you go up or down!
Hey Folks! It's been a while since I've checked in. I was wondering if it is typical to stall around the 180 lb mark? I keep fluxuating between 177-179 for three weeks now. I work out...
I just heard last week on Dr Oz that you have to take Biotin along with something else in order for it to be beneficial. I would go to his website and try searching on hair loss and/or Biotin.
I have been donating my old clothes to friends and family as I lose the weight. I just don't want them around and I KNOW I will NEVER wear them again! :) Happy Dance... The not so funny thing is...
I can eat anything I want with no issues. The only problem with steak is that it is loaded with fat and calories,I would only eat occasionally. The shrimp on the other hand you can eat with no...

This is the first time I had ever heard of this and it intrigued me so I Googled it :)
A lot of the toxins that we ingest are fat soluble and get stored in our bodies. Lose the fat, and the toxins...
I didn't before surgery but after surgery I would get a little bummed at times and felt like I didn't enjoy eating anymore. Just the other day I told my husband, "it's times like these I wish I...
