A total stranger stole your joy? Really?
I was told not to eat that much until maintenance. 600 to 800 up to that point
Looks like you have to appeal
Awwww. So sorry this happened to you. I'm not in a relationship but I know that this change is complicated when it comes to relationships.
You didn't have a dialog about your eating history or psychological history, addictions??? Really???
Woohoooooo!!!! Congratulations…there's no feeling quite like it :)
I've never second guessed my decision. I would have it tomorrow if I could. I'm looking at gatherings as a fellowship that happens to have food. That's just me
Welcome Lisa!
Wtg!!!!
If someone is judgeing you on your goal weight then shame on them :)
I saw it online and saw that sugar was the first three ingredients and that concerned me. What do your ingredients say?
Sounds like you're getting in your own way. I recommend reading "The Emotional First Aid Kit: A practical guide to bariatric surgery" by Cynthia Alexander. I got mine from Amazon
I couldn't have said it any better. To me this is the hardest part. Someone else just posted about BCBS and the wait.
WTG....keep up the good work. Glad you're not having any major issues
I have Cigna and it took two weeks. No news is good news. I think Cigna can take up to 30 days to make a decision. I don't know if that's standard across the insurance industry. I was worried because...
Maybe add some unflavored protein to it.
I'm only telling close family members. So what they see vast weight loss. The way I carry myself at work, most people know I'm private so it would be out of character to tell people about this...
I got mine from Bariatric Eating | Twelve years After and Still going Strong!. It's called Hair Balance. JOURNEY Hair Balance Capsules - Nutrient Boost for Hair & Nails 120
You're hungry because you didn't do protein. Protein first. Are you supposed to have Cream of Wheat this early out?
That's the psychiatrist talking, could be a tactic to see what your response is and how committed you are...just saying.
Never heard of it. I'd stick with the surgeon's recommendations or call your surgeon's office to find out if that's okay. You don't want to do anything that would lead to a leak
Best wishes for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery! And safe travels
Welcome to the journey
You don't need to…you'll be knocked out during your surgery and you'll have plenty of time to recuperate…..rest :)
