Too much, too soon and too fast. Take a step back and slow down. Seriously.
Some say it doesn't but I believe that it does. When I was sleeved in 2010 I told my doctor that I wanted it tight as I didn't want to be able to sabotage myself. Three years later my husband was...
TOUGH LOVE HERE!
STOP IT RIGHT NOW!!
Get back on low carbs (20 or less!). Eat meats, cheese, salad with no topping till you get that 16 off and are back in control. Do not wait till you've...
You'll be fine. You're stomach is healed so now you are pregnant with just a smaller stomach than most. As far as eating more, don't worry about the baby, he'll get what he needs from you. Do stay...
“So then they must find new goals and new motivations to maintain their weight and to be fit. And for some folks that’s not easy.”
I'd love to see some examples of this.
The first comment was rude and probably said in jealousy. Feel sorry for the poor soul.
FYI --
In the zillion before and after pictures I've seen, E V E R Y B O D Y looks younger. For sure!
I hope this is allowed and if not, then admin please forgive me and remove my post, but for those of you in the Atlanta area, I own Clear Creek Images -- Clear Creek Images » Photography by Linda...
Before my husband had his surgery, he thought he was always hungry. I used to say that there is no way he's hungry as he'd just ate. Turns out (and he now recognizes) that what he thought was hunger,...
What you have to remember is that it depends on how far out from surgery you are. First few weeks = no straw. After that it's ok.
3 people survived the crash including Dr Aceves son.

Rest in peace Dr. Alberto Aceves MD Facs. I will be forever grateful to you, you gave me my life back. I have no doubt I'd be dead now had I not had this surgery. I'm 4 1/2 years out and I will...
Possibly gall bladder. Was for me.
Exactly what she said! =)
I don't believe the "hunger pains & gurgling" are real hunger but simply the stomach doing it's job...digestion. Head hunger is really hard to learn. Good luck.
It is VERY common. There are 4 of us in our family that have been sleeved and ALL went though this. Just sit on a donut for awhile...it does go away.
We as a people, are so screwed up when it comes to the amount of food our bodies need to sustain life. After our sleeves we have to accept the new normal (which looks nothing like what we thought it...
Stalls happen. Keep doing what you know is right and the weight loss will happen.
I have lived on Prevacid for 10 years now and before the sleeve and still got sleeved. I'm still on Prevacid. My point, get what you want. It's NOT the doctors decision, it's yours.
Be careful not to blame every ache and pain on your sleeve. :)
You look amazing and healthy and even 10 lbs younger!! Whoohoo! :D
If you like coffee flavor, CLICK is awesome and can be heated. (I'm not affiliated, just love it!)

I don't mean to make it sound like it's no big deal but you do what you've been doing and know to do! You're on a mission, a quest! You are working to gain your life back...don't let a cookie ruin it...
AFTER you reach goal and learn to live thin, then you may have a bite of bread but honestly why bother. It's a slider food with no protein...run from it!
=)
It's either 'too much, too soon or too fast'. ;)
