Hello everyone. I haven't been on here in a very long time and just wanted to say hi. I was sleeved on 6/1/12 so its been 6 months now and I am down 130 pounds and I feel amazing.....Im so glad I did...

I try to work out 7 days a week. I do cardio everyday and weights but switch what muscle group I work each day so I give my muscles time to repair and grow.... I have always loved to work out but...

I had surgery on 6-1-12 and didn't have a drain. I also only have 4 incisions.

So it's been 2 months since I've been sleeved and have lost 71 pounds. I went from a 4x shirt to a 2x and have had to get rid of 90% of my clothes....thank god I held on to some of my old clothes,...

I bought them at CVS or Albertsons and I like the chewables better, they are twice the strength as the strips

Can you have applesauce too? The reason I ask is that the yogurt wasnt the best but when I do half yogurt and half applesauce its a lot better. How did it go?

I take a liquid vitamin called Max Effect I got at the Vitamin Shoppe and its a lot easier to take then the chewables for me. I hope you find something that works for you.

He sounds like a keeper. Let him do for you and just pamper you, you will be tired and need help.
