    The exact same thing happened to me at 8 mo. I had a HUGE stall, but as these lovely ladies said...go back to basics. I really started watching what went in my mouth and concentrated on my protein...

    great point Lee...I really think I could be comfortable at 1200 calories a day or below. I'm at under 900 right now still trying to maintain the break in my stall.

    I let them know I had it and they gave me disposable panties and a great big pad...I was up and walking very shortly after surgery so I handled it from there and got my own panties on. It all worked...
