sounds like when I got what they called silent migraines but that may not be your case but mine had those same symptoms for the silent migraine no pain just sensitive to sound

2 weeks is usually the normal and probably what your surgeon will tell you some can go back after a week but they find they are more runned down

you really cant count the first week because of all the fluids they gave and the swelling....you are on tract just keep walking and drinking dont worry do much about protein just get that water down
dont worry so much about protein just make sure you drink so as to not get dehydrated that is more important right now
