    It took a while for me. I've lost over 100 pounds and I went from a wide to a regular width. I haven't gone down a size just yet. Great job on your weight loss and well wishes for continued success!

    Hi! Crab meat was the easiest thing I was ever able to eat after surgery. I cheated and tried it 4 weeks after my surgery. To this day I have to limit myself if I decide to dip it in a little butter....
