    Will be 32 (unless by some miracle i get the sleeve before june) have all aches and pains knees, back, feet, ankles. constant reflux, gall attacks, ibs. meh.

    It's also lovely to soak oats in the fridge, put the oats in yoghurt/milk or juice then put in the fridge before bed and voila, soft and ready to eat @ breakfast, no cooking no waiting. It's lovely!!
