I haven't had surgery but.... I wear my sports bra over my regular bra!!! I was doing Zumba and cross fit and those puppy's were not going anywhere ( and it was comfortable)

Do you need to be refered to a surgeon or can i just call??? I live in northern California and the closest surgeon is in SF or Chico, does that make a difference?? I dont think i will have problems...
