    Never had a C-section, but I've had more pain from doing too many sit ups. Surgery was a breeze, just a little gas pain the first day or two. No big deal.

    Sounds like you could be dehydrated. Tired and itchy skin…are your lips chapped? How much water are you taking in?

    I had to do a one week liquid diet. It depends on the surgeon and your BMI. Higher BMI's usually have to do longer pre-op diets.

    I called them, and they no longer give free samples. I guess they got bombarded with requests. They do have a sample kit you can purchase so that you can try all the flavors.

    I'm pretty crazy about keeping the neti pot clean. Clean it with bleach every time I use it, and also boil the water and cool before mixing with my saline pack.
