    protein has tons to do with weight loss. Try tracking your food and exercise, which you need to switch up every couple of days to keep the body reacting. Increase your calories that will help snap...

    All is not lost. One of the benefits to this procedure is that it is permanent! Go back to eating the smaller portions more often and get to working out and I'm sure you will get rid of those 4 lbs....

    Ok...so, we all get the plateaus, and they are VERY frustrating. I would say start adding actual working out exercising into your routine and see if that helps. Building muscle mass helps burn fat....
